Sour Cream & Salsa Spinach Dip
Ingredients:

1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/3 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper

Instruction:

Process ingredients in food processor until blended; spoon into serving bowl. Refrigerate several hours or until slightly thickened. Let stand at room temperature 10 min. before serving.
