Buttermilk Lemon Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. crisco
4 x Large eggs, well beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp butter flavoring

Instruction:

Cream sugar and crisco together. Add in Large eggs and buttermilk. Sift dry ingredients together and add in to buttermilk mix. Bake in tube pan for 2 hrs at 300 degrees.
