3 ounce. unsweetened chocolate
3 ounce. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. lowfat milk
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat chocolate on top of double boiler. Combine cream cheese with lowfat milk and gradually add in sugar and salt. Stir in melted chocolate and beat till smooth. Makes 2 c. frosting.
