Easy White Sauce in the Microwave
Ingredients:

15 grams Cake flour
7 grams Butter
1 grams Consomme soup stock granules
103 grams Milk
3 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
3 grams Miso or Shio-koji
1 Mixed pepper

Instruction:

Put the cake flour and butter in a large heat proof bowl. Microwave at 600 W for 10 seconds without covering. Add a half of the milk and mix well. Microwave again at 600 W for 1 minute without covering. Stir well. Add the remaining milk and the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Microwave at 600 W for 1 minute and mix well during heating and at the end. Repeat this step 3 times.
