Avocado Serrano Ham White Cheddar Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

12 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 tablespoons parsley (Chopped)
1 tablespoon thyme (Chopped)
1 tablespoon marjoram (Chopped)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 teaspoon fine sea salt
14 teaspoon white pepper
8 slices country bread (Toasted)
8 red-leaf lettuce
4 slices horseradish cheddar cheese
4 slices maui onions (Sliced Thin)
4 ounces serrano ham (Sliced Thin)
4 teaspoons unsalted butter
4 jumbo eggs (Brown)
2 heirloom tomatoes (Sliced)
2 Hass avocadoes (Peeled, Sliced)
2 pints black raspberries


In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt and white pepper. Toast bread, spread herbal mayonnaise, add lettuce, cheese, Maui onion and ham. In a bowl whisk 1-egg, season with salt and white pepper. In a non-stick skillet melt 1-teaspoon unsalted butter fry eggs one at a time. Place fried egg on sandwich, sliced tomato, avocado, lettuce and cover sandwich. Slice sandwich in half and place on a serving plate. Garnish plates with fresh fruit.
