Macrobiotic Tofu and Banana Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:

300 grams Silken tofu
2 Banana
100 ml Soy milk
50 ml Water
3 grams Powdered kanten
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Maple syrup

Instruction:

Put the lightly drained tofu, soy milk, bananas, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a blender, and blend until smooth. (I use 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.) Heat the water and kanten powder in a pot, bring to boil, then add the blended mixture a little at a time. Turn off the heat just before it comes to a boil. Pour the mixture into a mold or glass, then chill in the refrigerator until it sets. Adjust the amount of maple syrup to taste.
