Turkey Burgers

1 pound Ground Turkey
1 whole Small Finely Chopped Onion
1 clove Minced Garlic
1 cup Panko Or Finely Crushed Bread Crumbs, Or Less If Needed
1/2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1/2 teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
Olive Oil


Combine ingredients, using between 1/2 to 1 cup of panko or bread crumbs until you have a firm but moist patty. Place turkey burgers between waxed paper sheets and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes if youre in a hurry, or up to 2 days in the refrigerator. Coat patty surface with a thin layer of olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill or pan fry burgers. I serve these on a burger roll and set out toppings such as lettuce, pickles, ketchup, etc.
