1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons crushed coriander seed
2 tablespoons crushed fennel seed
1 teaspoon ground allspice
In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container. To use, rub the spice mixture on the fish fillets and cover with plastic wrap. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours before cooking.
