Tangy Lemon Spinach
Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoons Lemon Zest (or Zest From 1/2 Lemon)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (or Juice From Half A Lemon)
3 Tablespoons White Wine
3 Tablespoons Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
1 pinch Salt
3 pinches Black Pepper (generous Pinches!)
1 bag (6 Oz. Bag) Baby Spinach

Instruction:

Heat all ingredients (except for the spinach) in a skillet over medium heat, whisking occasionally. When the cream cheese has melted, turn the heat down to low. Stir in the spinach until just wilted, about 1 minute, and immediately take off the heat. Serve!
