Taco Soup
Ingredients:

1 pound Ground Beef
1 whole Onion, Diced
1 whole Green Pepper, Diced
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
2 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
3 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Can) Beef Broth
1 jar (24 Oz. Jar) Salsa (I Use Medium)
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes
1- 1/2 cup Your Choice Pasta (I Use Small Shell)

Instruction:

Brown beef with onions, green pepper, and garlic. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat. Add tomatoes, broth, salsa, chili powder and parsley. Bring to a boil. When boiling, add pasta and cook until pasta is done. Garnish with sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips.
