Blue Cheese Stuffed Wings Recipe

12 x chicken wings, fresh or possibly thawed washed
1 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce (marinade)
3 ounce blue cheese broken
1/2 c. fresh bell pepper in small dice
2 c. seasoned flour
8 ounce salted butter
1 ounce Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce


Marinate the wings in 1 c. of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour. Make a small incision about 1/4-inch wide across one end of the wings. Push into the incision to create a pocket. Place 1/4 oz of the blue cheese into each wing. Set wings in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. Toss wings in seasoned flour mix. Deep fry for 3 to 4 min or possibly till cooked through. Remove and drain well. Toss with the Tabasco Spiced Butter till well coated and serve warm. To make the Tabasco spiced Butter, soften/heat butter in microwave for approximately 2 to 3 min on high. Don't boil butter. Whisk in 1 oz of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Hold at room temperature till needed. This recipe yields 1 dozen wings. Yield: 1 dozen
