Caramel Custard Cups Recipe
Ingredients:

4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
2/3 c. Water
1/4 c. Sugar
1 dsh Salt
1 tsp Vanilla

Instruction:

Divide the 4 Tbsp. brown sugar among 4 custard c.. Press lightly on bottom. In a 1-qt bowl, mix Large eggs, evaporated lowfat milk, water, sugar, vanilla & salt. Pour proportionately over brown sugar. Set c. in shallow pan holding 1 inch of warm water. Bake at 350 for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. Unmold & serve with whipped cream.
