1 12 lbs small unpeeled redskin potatoes
34 cup diced red onion
1 cup sliced celery
12 cup chopped Italian parsley
12 cup crumbly bleu cheese
1 (2 1/4 ounce) cansliced olives
12 cup wegmans mighty caesar salad dressing
cover potatoes with cold water, bring to boil. reduce heat; cook at slow boil 4 to 5 minutes until tender. drain and run under cool water; quarter. combine with remaining ingredients and toss.
