Macrobiotic Gateaux aux Chocolat
Ingredients:

30 grams Whole wheat flour
70 grams Cake flour
30 grams Cocoa
25 grams Corn starch
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp Baking powder
60 ml Water
50 ml Oil
50 ml Maple syrup

Instruction:

Mix together the and ingredients separately. Once they've been mixed well, add the mixture to the mixture and gently combine. Grease a cake tin with a thin layer of oil and pour in the mixture from Step 1. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Once the 25 minutes is up, turn off the oven and leave the cake sit in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then remove the cake from the oven.
