5 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 cups Salsa
1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 can Diced Green Chilies
1/2 cans Sprite
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 clove Garlic, Minced (optional)
Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken and cook for another hour. Serve as a filling for tacos, or on top of salad. Notes: -The ingredients may seem strange, but this stuff really is yummy! -You can add extra green chilies if you like it spicy.
