Mediterranean Style Summer Salsa
Ingredients:

1 cup mozzarella cheese, balls halved (fresh,cherry-sized)
12 cup cooked corn kernel (fresh or frozen)
14 cup chopped kalamata olive
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained and rinsed
1 large tomatoes, chopped
1 12 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
12 tablespoon lemon juice
18 teaspoon kosher salt
18 teaspoon pepper

Instruction:

Combine cheese, corn, olives, chiles, tomato and basil in medim bowl. Whisk all remaining ingredients in small bowl, stir into corn mixture. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours, serve at room temperature.
