395g can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
150g OREO* Original Cookies , crushed
100g milk chocolate buttons
Beat the cream, condensed milk and vanilla until thick and frothy. Fold through the dried fruit and biscuit pieces, pour into a plastic wrap lined 1 litre pudding basin. Freeze until firm. Melt the chocolate in a microwave and pour over the up-turned ice-cream cake. Serve as a part of your Christmas lunch.
