Homemade Baked Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:

1 whole Egg
3/4 cups Milk
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
16 ounces, weight Elbow Pasta
Salt And Pepper

Instruction:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat egg and milk together. Add cheese and melted butter to milk mixture and stir. Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until about halfway cooked. Drain. Pour pasta into a 9x13 baking dish or casserole. Pour cheese mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and give it a good stir. Press mixture to evenly fit in the dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top starts to get brown and crunchy. My husband loves the crunchy part on top so sometimes I even stick it under the broiler for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
