Lemon Shrimp & Parmesan Rice
Ingredients:

1 pound Large Shrimp, Shelled
1/2 cups Chopped Green Onions
2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Margarine
2 Tablespoons Oil
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 cups Grated Parmesan
Rice

Instruction:

Prepare rice and add Parmesan cheese at the last minute. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, cook shrimp, onions, garlic in margarine and oil until shrimp turns pink. Stir in lemon juice. Serve shrimp and sauce over rice, or on the side.
