Swedish Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
3/4 cup onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp parsley, minced
1 can evaporated milk, 5 ounces
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup water
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika


FOR THE MEATBALLS Mix all ingredients together in large bowl Form mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter Brown in frying pan and place on paper towels to drain FOR THE SAUCE Boil water, remove from heat then mix in all other ingredients starting with the soup Place meatballs in skillet and pour sauce over them, cover and simmer for 20 minutes Serve over cooked egg noodles
