Cheesy Potato Galette

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
500g Desiree potatoes, unpeeled, cooked and thinly sliced
4 eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
canola spray oil
salad, to serve


Heat oil in pan, saute the onions until translucent. Combine in a bowl with the cheese, potatoes, eggs, seasonings, and rosemary. Toss until well combined. Preheat a medium sized frying pan. Lightly spray with oil. Place the potato mixture into the pan. Flatten down with a spatula. Cook over medium heat, for 15 minutes until the base is set. Grill under a medium heat grill for up to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve immediately with crusty bread and a crisp garden salad.
