Orange Breakfast Shake
Ingredients:

12 cup ice cube
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
13 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons rice or 2 tablespoons oat bran
12 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction:

Combine ingredients in order given in blender. Cover and blend for about 5 seconds, until frothy.
