Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:

1 pound bulk pork sausage or possibly ham
1 (8 ounce.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frzn hash browns, thawed
1 c. (4 ounce.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 Large eggs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Use a round pizza pan or possibly a cookie sheet with rim

Instruction:

Brown sausage, drain; separate dough. Place on ungreased pizza pan. Press over bottom and up sides to create a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min. 6 to 8 servings.
