Chickpea Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients:

15 ounces, weight Canned Chickpeas Or Garbanzo Beans (washed And Drained)
1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
1 sprig Cilantro, Chopped
1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
1 whole Tomato, Chopped
2 whole Green Chilies, Chopped
1 whole Lemon, Juiced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
8 slices Bread (Use Any Bread You Like, I Used Multigrain Bread)

Instruction:

In a medium bowl, mash the chickpeas and avocado together. Add in cilantro, onion, tomatoes, green chilies and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Spread avacado spread on a slice of bread and dig in. Its deliciuos and healthy. You could also grill your sandwich you wish.
