Grandmas Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:

2 pounds Ground Chuck
1 whole Onion, finely chopped
1 whole Green Pepper, Medium Chop
2 stalks Celery, Medium Chop, Including Leaves
1 cup Ketchup
8 ounces, fluid Can Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
8 whole Hamburger Buns

Instruction:

Brown meat with chopped onion; drain. Add green peppers, celery and leaves; cook until soft. Add ketchup, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and Worcestershire sauce; stir well to combine. Simmer 1520 minutes before serving. Note: To save on time and money, omit the green pepper and onion and use half of small bag of a frozen pepper and onion stir fry blend.
