Barbeque Brisket Rub
Ingredients:

3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
34 teaspoon garlic powder
12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper

Instruction:

Mix all the ingredients and rub generously on brisket, wrap in foil and refrigerate 3 days. Remove from foil and bake at 325-350 for about 2 1/2 hours.
