Kanya's Chicken Curry Baked

150 grams sliced chicken breast
1/2 tbsp red curry paste
4 fresh chili
1 red pepper sliced,deseeds
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tbsp fishsauce
1 tsp soya sauce
4 kaffir lime leaves
2 bunch dills
1 egg
2 tbsp diced vegetables like carrots ,zucchini( optional )
1 bunch sweet basils
1 as need banana leaves or foilmtomcover ,and toothpick incase use banana leaves


This is very easy,add everything into large mixing bowl,seasoning and mix well Divide into 4 serve , with banana leaves ,or foil ,base with dills or basil ,wrap and use toothpick to pin tightly ,then bring to bake at 180c for 20 mins Sure this one have a very good smell ,serve with hot steamed jasmine rice :)
