Simple15 Minute Stewed Pork Belly Using a Pressure Cooker
Ingredients:

550 grams Sliced pork belly
1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
1 enough to submerge Water
200 ml Water
5 tbsp Soy sauce
5 tbsp Mirin
3 tbsp Sake
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1 Katakuriko slurry

Instruction:

Add the pork meat and ginger to the pot, add water, and cover with a lid. Set the pressure to high, and turn on to a medium heat. After the pressure needle has risen and it has started to pressurize, pressure-cook for 10 minutes. Throw out the boiled broth from Step 1, and cut the meat into easy-to-eat portions. Add the cut pork and ingredients to the pressure cooker, and cover with a lid. Set the pressure to high, and turn it on over a medium heat. Pressure-cook for 5 minutes after the pressure needle has risen and it has pressurized. Add the water-dissolved katakuriko, and it is done.
