Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

1 chicken, boil & bone
1 minced onion
1 can Rotel
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pound Velveeta or possibly 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can minced black olives
1 pound grated Mozzarella cheese
Fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 minced green pepper


Saute/fry onions, peppers, mushrooms and olives. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth. Drain off water and add in remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Stir till Velveeta is melted. Pour into long baking dish and top with Mozzarella. Bake till cheese has melted at 375 degrees. Station #3
