Peach Blueberry Cobbler

4 cups sliced peeled peaches
1 cup fresh blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
5 Tbsp. cold butter, divided
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 cup milk


Toss peaches and blueberries with tapioca, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice in large bowl. Place in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with 1 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces. Combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and nutmeg in medium bowl; cut in remaining butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until mixture forms soft dough. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto fruit mixture. Bake 30 min. or until biscuit topping is golden brown.
