Turkey Loaf With Balsmic Honey Mustard

1 12 lbs ground turkey
34 cup cooked brown rice
14 cup minced onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon milk
2 12 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
18 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 12 tablespoons Dijon mustard


Preheat oven to 350F. Place rice, onion, egg, milk, sage, bouillon granules and pepper in a bowl, stir to combine. Add turkey and mix with your hands. Place mixture in a a loaf pan. Combine honey, vinegar and mustard. Spoon 1/2 the honey mixture over the turkey and bake 30 minutes. Spoon the remaining honey mixture over the turkey and bake 20-30 minutes or until done. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing.
