Hoisin Chicken Taco
Ingredients:

3 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and sliced into strips
3 minced garlic cloves
1 onion, sliced
1 12 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
12 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
oil
hoisin sauce
1 cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrot, shredded
12 cup rice vinegar
13 cup sugar
12 cup red ginger in syrup, Mee Chun preserved
1 teaspoon salt
12 flour tortillas, warm

Instruction:

In a high wok coat with oil and when it starts to smoke add chicken, garlic, onion, salt, sugar and chili. Stir fry the mixture until the chicken is cook. Add hoisin sauce to taste. Pour into a serving bowl. In a mixing bowl combine cabbage and carrot and add vinegar and sugar and mix well. Add in the red ginger and salt to taste. Place a warm tortilla and top with chicken mixture and top with slaw.
