Sardines in Rashers
Ingredients:

1 bacon rasher
1 sardine
Cayenne
Lemon juice

Instruction:

Cut thin slices of bacon; place a sardine on each piece. Add a good dash of cayenne and a squeeze of lemon, then roll and skewer; fry in a dry frypan until bacon is just cooked. Serve very hot on toast.
