Ingredients:

1 cup bran flake cereal with dates, raisins and walnuts
1 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
10 fl oz (1 1/4 cups) fat-free milk
4 tsp. Sugar Free, favorite flavor

Instruction:

Combine cereal, nuts and 1/2 cup of the milk in bowl. Heat remaining milk. Spoon GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEE into mug; add hot milk and stir well.
