Homemade Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:

1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. lowfat milk
2 tbsp. shortening, melted or possibly vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
3 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Instruction:

Beat egg with hand beater till fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour batter onto warm griddle. Turn pancake over as soon as bubbles form. Makes 12 to 16 pancakes. Preparation time: 5 min.
