Allergy Free Vanilla Frosting
Ingredients:

1 (12 ounce) package extra firm tofu
14 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon butter flavor extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon almond extract
14 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon xanthan gum

Instruction:

drain tofu for at least 2 hours. discard liquid. combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth. use immediately.
