1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 whole Bananas, Sliced
1 cup Toasted Coconut (optional)
1 cup Toasted Chopped Nuts, Optional
Melt the chocolate chips and oil in a saucepan over very low heat. Let the mixture cool for about 15 minutes. Dip banana slices and let excess chocolate drip off. Roll in nuts or toasted coconut if youd like! Place dipped slices on a foil or waxed paper-lined pan and freeze for at least 3 hours! Store in the freezer in an air-tight container, if they last that long!
