Funnel Cakes
Ingredients:

2 beaten eggs
1 12 cups whole milk
1 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
12 teaspoon salt
2 cups cooking oil
powdered sugar

Instruction:

Combine eggs and milk. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to egg mix and beat til smooth. if too thick add milk-if too thin add flour. Heat oil to about 360 degrees. pour 1/2 cup of the batter into a funnel and drizzle into the oil. Form a circle with your drizzles. Fry until golden brown. flip and fry the other side just a bit. drain on paper towen and top with powdered sugar to your liking.
