Vegetarian Chili
Ingredients:

1 can Diced tomatoes
1 can Black beans
2 Veggie patties or 6 oz tofu
1/2 can Water or vegetable broth
2 dash Oregano
2 dash Chili powder

Instruction:

Add all ingredients to a pan. Let cook for and hour, then mash. Let summer for 1/2 hour until finished. Enjoy.
