100% Okara Heavenly Honey Cake

100 grams Fresh okara
2 grams Baking powder
60 grams Honey
1 Egg


Combine the okara and baking powder in a plastic bag. Shake and mix fully. Add honey and eggs. Rub the bag until everything blends together. Remove the dough from the bag. No need for a bowl if you cut open the bag as above . Divide into 15 portions. Form into balls. Flatten to about 1cm thickness. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Cook the dough until both sides are browned. Refer to helpful hints. Cover the pan (you could also use aluminum foil) and cook for another 3-4 minutes over low heat to finish.
