Ingredients:

4 teaspoons raw honey
13 teaspoon powdered ginger or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove, bud
18 teaspoon cayenne (or Citrus fruits, Garlic, Onion, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme)
18 teaspoon cinnamon (or Anise, Cayenne, Lemon, Thyme)

Instruction:

Mix clove bud, ginger and optional ingredient you would enjoy. Infuse in 2 cups boiling water, and for every cup, stir in 2 teaspoons soothing and sweet raw honey. Sip throughout the day until you are feeling comforted.
