Sausage And Corn Chowder Recipe

1 pound mild sausage
1 lg. onion, diced
3 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn, undrained
12 ounce. can evaporated lowfat milk
2 c. water
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp. parsley


Cook sausage and onion together; simmer remaining ingredients, except corn and evaporated lowfat milk, and add in to sausage and onion mix. Add in corn and evaporated lowfat milk. Stir and simmer, till heated through.
