Chocolate Chip Espresso Cookies

1- 3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1- 1/2 teaspoon Instant Espresso Coffee Powder
1 stick Butter, Room Temperature
1 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 whole Egg, Room Temperature
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


1. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and espresso powder together in a bowl. 2. With a mixer, mix butter and sugars until creamy. Add in vanilla and egg. 3. With the mixer on low, add flour mixture and then stir in chocolate chips. 4. Roll into balls and place on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 14 minutes.
