Beef Stew With Mango Chutney

1 lb beef stew meat
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion
1 cup beef broth
1 green pepper, Diced
2 tablespoons mango chutney
12 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon pepper


Brown Beef in butter. Add onions, beef broth, and green pepper. Cover and Bake 1 1/2 hours. Add mango chutney and whipping cream. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup of water, add to thicken. Add salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
