16 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
2 cups frozen peas
4 medium bananas
32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
Heat nuggets as directed on package. Serve 4 to each person. Cook rice according to package directions; stir in margarine and peas. Cover and steam until heated through. Divide into 4 equal servings. Complement meal with a banana per person. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with meal.
