Pizza Milanese

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, divided
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 large tomato, sliced


Mix spinach, 1/2 cup of the Gorgonzola cheese, olive oil and garlic powder with wooden spoon to form a paste. Spread pizza crust with spinach mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Layer tomato slices along edge of crust. Top with remaining 1/ 2 cup Gorgonzola cheese. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
