The Tipperary Cocktail
Ingredients:

2 oz. Redbreast 12 year Irish whiskey
1 oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
1 oz. Green Chartreuse
Cherry garnish

Instruction:

Combine whiskey and sweet vermouth in a chilled mixing glass and stir with ice for 15 seconds. Rinse the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with Chartreuse and then discard excess liqueur. Strain stirred ingredients into prepared coupe and serve. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
