Southwestern Ranch Chicken Salad

1 whole wheat tortilla, cut in half, then into 1/4-inch-wide strips
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
8 cups mixed salad greens
8 oz. OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Breast
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
1/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
4 cups plain nonfat yogurt
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
60 pieces bear-shaped cinnamon graham snacks
32 fl oz (4 cups) SUNRISE


PLACE tortilla strips on microwaveable plate sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. Meanwhile, mix dressing and cumin. TOSS greens with chicken, tomatoes, cheese and dressing mixture in large bowl; top with tortilla strips. Divide mixture evenly onto 4 salad plates. COMPLEMENT each meal with 1 cup of yogurt, 3/4 cup of strawberries and a side of 15 graham snacks for dessert. SERVE each person an 8 fl oz (1 cup) glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT SUNRISE with their meal.
