Cheesy Beer Dip

24 cocktail-size smoked sausage links
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup beer
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
2 green onions, thinly sliced


Heat sausage links as directed on package. Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA, beer, sour cream and mustard in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Sprinkle onions over dip. Serve with sausage links.
