5 Cup Winter Salad Recipe

1 c. Mini Marshmallows, white or possibly colored
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Manderine Orange Sections, well liquid removed
1 c. Crushed Pineapple, well liquid removed
1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly Vanilla Yogurt


Quick & Easy Let Stand 24 Hrs Before Serving Mix well and let stand 24 hrs before serving. NOTE; I have added banana slices dipped in lemon juice Or possibly well liquid removed fruit chunks and used half yogurt and half lowfat sour cream.
